These Messaging Terms apply to guest messaging programs operated by Hospitality Technologies, LLC ("Hospitality Technologies," "we," "us") on behalf of participating hotel properties ("Hotel"). Hospitality Technologies operates guest messaging services under the Hospitality Technologies, Hospitality WiFi International, and Streaming Hospitality
brands.

Hotel Guest Support Messaging (SMS and WhatsApp)

How You Opt In

Guests opt in by scanning a QR code displayed at a participating Hotel, such as at the front desk or in guest materials. The QR code links to a Hotel specific web page.


On that page, guests may choose:

  • SMS by entering their mobile phone number and submitting the form, or

  • WhatsApp by selecting WhatsApp to initiate a chat.
     

By submitting your phone number or initiating a WhatsApp conversation, you consent to receive messages from Hospitality Technologies related to your request and the selected Hotel. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or hotel stay.

What Messages You Will Receive
 
Messages may include:
 
  • Responses to guest support requests and questions
  • Service updates related to your request, including troubleshooting and follow up
We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless the Hotel specific page clearly states that promotional messages will be sent and you separately consent to receive them.

Message Frequency
 
Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. WhatsApp messaging is subject to your WhatsApp and data plan terms.

Opting Out

  • SMS: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages.

  • WhatsApp: Send STOP or stop replying in the WhatsApp chat to stop receiving messages.

After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt out.

This program is offered for participating hotel properties only. The Hotel specific page you
accessed identifies the Hotel associated with your messages.
